Job Summary
Our client, a National top brokerage is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Placement Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, with a focus on construction contractors, property, and real estate. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in new and renewal marketing, a strong understanding of the insurance industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package

• Salary : Up to $170,000 annually, based on experience.
• 401(k) : 4% company match.
• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package provided.
• Hybrid/Remote out of Suffolk County

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business with $25,000 in revenue and $250,000 in premium.
• Handle all aspects of new and renewal marketing for mid-to-large accounts.
• Collaborate with producers and assistants to ensure seamless account management.
• Provide exceptional service to clients in the construction, property, and real estate sectors.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with the team to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience :
  • Must have experience working with construction and real estate accounts.
  • Familiarity with mid-to-large accounts is essential.
• Software Proficiency : Experience with EPIC software preferred.
• Work Style :

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Years of Experience : Open to candidates with varying levels of experience who meet the required qualifications.
