Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, including policy servicing, coverage questions, and account management.Key responsibilities include: service and maintenance of commercial insurance accounts across various industries; processing endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements; preparing applications, proposals, and insurance documentation; reviewing policies for accuracy and coverage needs; responding promptly to client questions regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes; building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams; assisting producers with new business submissions and marketing efforts; following up on outstanding items and ensuring timely completion of tasks; maintaining accurate client records within agency management systems; supporting account retention through proactive customer service and communication; and ensuring compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines.Qualifications: previous commercial insurance experience preferred; active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred or required; strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and policy terminology; excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail and organizational abilities; ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously; proficiency with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or similar platforms; and Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Preferred lines of experience: General Liability, Commercial Property, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Umbrella/Excess Liability, Professional Liability, Business Owners Policies (BOP).Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan optionsOngoing training and professional developmentAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
