Commercial Lines Account ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Professional Insurors. As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.Conduct thorough reviews of commercial insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Recommend and implement adjustments to policies based on client needs and industry changes.Assess clients' business operations to identify potential risks and provide appropriate coverage solutions.Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.Assist clients in the event of a claim, facilitating the claims process and ensuring timely resolution.Preferred Skills/Qualifications· Commercial Insurance Experience · Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risk factors and recommend appropriate coverage options. · Well versed in Microsoft 365 · Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail for accurate policy management and compliance. · Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, underwriters, and support staff.
