As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with excellence.Client Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.Policy Management and Review:Conduct thorough reviews of commercial insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Recommend and implement adjustments to policies based on client needs and industry changes.Risk Assessment and Analysis:Assess clients' business operations to identify potential risks and provide appropriate coverage solutions.Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.Claims Processing:Assist clients in the event of a claim, facilitating the claims process and ensuring timely resolution.Preferred Skills/Qualifications:Commercial Insurance ExperienceClient-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risk factors and recommend appropriate coverage options.Well versed in Microsoft 365Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail for accurate policy management and compliance.Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, underwriters, and support staff.Certifications: Possession of relevant industry certificationsCompensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearProfessional Insurors, one of Oklahoma's most respected business insurance agencies, utilizes their 45+ years of industry experience and relationships with insurance carriers to develop consultative solutions to mitigate risk.
