As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, and supporting the growth of our business. You will be a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs and ensuring they have the right coverage in place.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and any other service-related requests in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate favorable terms, coverage, and pricing for clients.Ensure accuracy and completeness of all policy documentation and maintain up-to-date records in the agency management system.Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to meet the needs of existing clients.Provide proactive client education on insurance products, policy changes, and industry trends.Work closely with our team to deliver a high level of customer service and support a positive team culture.Qualifications- Prior experience in commercial insurance, customer service, or account management (preferably in the insurance industry).- Active Property & Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.- Proficient with insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to contribute to a fun and supportive team environment.What We Offer- A family-oriented and fun work environment with a strong focus on work-life balance.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Fully paid Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Paid time off and holidays.- Company-sponsored events and team-building activities.- 34-hour work week
