Process designated Commercial Lines responsibilities in accordance with agency standards using Applied Systems EPICSkills/Requirements : Commercial Lines Account ManagerProperty & Casualty Arizona resident insurance license requiredMinimum of 5 years Property & Casualty Commercial insurance experience requiredExperience working in Applied Systems EPIC is preferredFamiliarity with and understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance coverage lines including Property, Liability, Auto, Workers Compensation and Excess/UmbrellaProfessionalism in appearance, communication and treatment of othersCISR or CIC designation (desired)Responsibilities : Commercial Lines Account ManagerHandle day-to-day service requirements of assigned clients within designated authorityInitiate and conduct renewal meetings with assigned ProducersReview and negotiate renewal quote terms, Prepare renewal submissionsPrepare proposalsOrder and check binders; process in EPIC as neededReview Loss RunsAccount round existing clientsReview audits; handle problem audits with clients and/or carriersPerform online rating for renewals and endorsements to existing policiesManage endorsement issues with carrier and/or client as requiredReview endorsements prior to transmittal to client as neededInvoice agency bill policies, endorsements and auditsTechnical check of policiesSend out/deliver policiesReview Summaries of Insurance (if applicable)Update applications and schedules for policy renewalsEnter Activity records for all actions and/or communication performed on Client FilesReview Certificates of Insurance/Evidences as neededReview Customer StatementsAccompany Producer to client meetings, as requiredSupport Account Executive/Producer, including assisting with New Business as neededAssist producer in creating Customer Narratives/Profiles on larger accountsAssist producer in developing a Service Time Line for Top 20% of accountsAssist department members during absencesBe prepared to discuss lost business in monthly CL Service Staff Meeting and take ownership of team retention numbersBecome familiar and utilize technical tools such as Indio, CSR24, Zywave, DocuSign, and Reference Connect as neededAssist in training and coaching other staff when needed/requestedPerform other essential duties as assigned
