Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account ManagerStafford Leavitt, an affiliate of Leavitt Group, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Dexter or Harrisonville, MO.This position works closely with the Commercial Lines Manager and Account Executives to support and service a book of commercial accounts. You will play a key role in the marketing, proposal, and servicing process while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for clients.Key responsibilities include:Prepare applications and submissions using underwriting information provided by ProducersCoordinate daily with Commercial Lines Account Managers and leadership on deadlines and prioritiesWork with internal service teams to ensure timelines are metAssist in marketing accounts and placing business with selected carriersFollow up with insurance carriers for quotes and additional informationPrepare proposals and client presentation materialsReview submissions, quotes, and proposals for accuracy and consistencyMake updates based on client meetings and Producer directionAssist with binding coverage and obtaining client signaturesIssue certificates of insuranceReview policies and endorsements for accuracySupport invoicing and documentation processesQualifications include:Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required4+ years of commercial lines experience preferredExperience with carrier rating systemsAMS360 experience preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStafford Leavitt offers a competitive benefits package, including:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with employer matchHSA and FSA optionsPaid vacation and sick timeLeavitt Group is one of the nation's largest privately held insurance brokerages, combining the scale, resources, and growth of a national firm with the entrepreneurial spirit, local leadership, and relationship-driven culture that truly sets us apart.Ready to grow your career in commercial insurance?
