We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to grow alongside our agency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain positive working relationships with commercial insurance clientsCommunicate with clients in a friendly, professional manner while addressing questions and concernsProvide information and guidance on commercial lines insurance products and servicesHandle "soup-to-nuts" commercial lines account management, including day-to-day servicing of assigned accountsMarket, quote, and rate renewal accountsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in Applied EPICPrepare certificates of insurance, client correspondence, and related documentationKnowledge & Skills Desired:Active P&C License RequiredStrong customer service focus with a high level of professionalism1-3 years Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance or Personal Lines InsuranceExcellent computer skillsStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
