Personal Lines Account Manager PositionJ. Williams Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager.
The candidate must have prior customer service experience or account managing experience and must be proficient in Microsoft online platforms including word, excel, outlook, etc. The candidate must also be comfortable interacting with clients, insurance carrier underwriters, and insurance carrier marketing representatives. We discussed potentially finding candidates who may not be in the insurance industry, however this could entail some that are familiar with the industry such as candidates currently working with life/health insurance companies or candidates who work with lending institutions/mortgage lenders/etc.
Also open to other industry experience.The position includes quoting and processing new and renewal business, and all aspects of personal lines account managing.
