This role involves managing a commercial property and casualty book of business , handling both new and renewal accounts , and providing high-level client service while collaborating with producers, carriers, and internal teams.
Position Details:
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid - typically 2 days in office: Monday & Wednesday)
Salary: $80,000 - $83,000 + Annual Bonus + Profit Sharing
Benefits: Generous PTO, 401(k), and full benefits package
Key Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience handling commercial insurance accounts
- Experience working with agency management systems (Applied EPIC, TAM, or AMS 360)
- Strong client service and account management skills
- Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License
- High School Diploma/GED required (Associate or Bachelor's preferred)
