Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time NY Licensed Commercial Risk VP will manage a portfolio of high-value Commercial Lines Property & Casualty clients while driving client retention and revenue growth in a hybrid work environment based in New York or Boston. Key responsibilities Serve as a strategic leader, shaping client strategy and growth priorities Mentor Account Executives to enhance their strategic and proactive client management skills Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strong client relationships Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Commercial Lines, particularly with complex or high-value accounts Property & Casualty Insurance License required Proven leadership experience in mentoring and managing Account Executives Strong knowledge of risk management and account strategy in Property & Casualty coverage Professional insurance designation such as CIC, CISR, CPCU, CRM, or AAI preferred
