nTanager Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to develop business relationships, originate commercial loans, and manage a commercial loan portfolio across southwest Wyoming.
nThis production-focused role combines commercial lending, business development, credit analysis, relationship management, and portfolio growth.
nKey Responsibilities

- Originate commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, agricultural, and small business loans n
- Develop and manage commercial banking relationships n
- Prospect for new business and maintain an active calling program n
- Analyze borrower financial statements, cash flow, creditworthiness, and financing needs n
- Structure commercial credit facilities within Bank policy n
- Prepare and present commercial loan requests to loan committee n
- Manage assigned commercial loan relationships and monitor borrower performance n
- Track covenants and reporting requirements n
- Refer deposit and treasury management opportunities n
- Represent Tanager Bank in local business and community activities n
- Meet established loan production, portfolio growth, and deposit goals n
Qualifications
n- n
- 5+ years of commercial lending experience n
- Experience with commercial loan origination, credit analysis, and loan structuring n
- Loan committee presentation or independent credit authority experience n
- Strong financial statement and cash flow analysis skills n
- Proven business development and relationship management ability n
- Established relationships in southwest Wyoming, or demonstrated ability to build them, strongly preferred n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred; relevant commercial lending experience may substitute n
