Job Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team on active commercial construction sites in Florence, TX. Candidates must be safety-focused, physically capable of working in outdoor environments, and experienced in supporting commercial construction operations.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Clean and prepare job sites
- Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other trades as needed
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Dig trenches, move materials, and perform demolition work
- Follow all OSHA regulations, site-specific safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial construction experience preferred
- Experience working outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
- Employment eligibility will be verified through E-verify
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with construction safety practices and job site protocols
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
