Providing best-in-class support to commercial customers, the full-time remote Commercial Insurance Customer Care Specialist will manage system access inquiries, information verification, and customer relationship building while ensuring timely issue resolution. Key responsibilities: Build sustainable relationships of trust through open communication with customers and teammates Provide timely solutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution Upload Certificates of Insurance (COIs) into the software program and assist in training users for proper software utilization Required qualifications: Commercial insurance industry experience required; personal, health, and life insurance experience is not applicable 1+ years in a customer support role with experience working remotely Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with Certificates of Insurance at an entry level Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
