Key Responsibilities: Research, resolve, and communicate complex insurance issues to customers and management via email and phone in a call center Maintain adherence to established timeliness and quality indicators Ensure compliance with terms and conditions set forth in loan documents and servicing standards Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of commercial property hazard and liability insurance experience Ability to work until 7pm EST Experience in commercial lending, including portfolio management and risk analysis Call center experience preferred Flexible work schedule
