Commercial Hvac Technician

Job Description

What You'll Do: preventative maintenance, service & repair, troubleshooting, and replacements on commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, air handlers, VAVs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and controls.

What We're Looking For :

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience (preventative maintenance and service/repair focus)
• Strong diagnostics on commercial systems
• EPA Universal certification; ICC certification preferred
• Excellent customer communication and rapport-building skills
• Growth mindset: eager to develop skills and advance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical capability for rooftop work, ladders, lifting 50+ lbs, etc.
