This role is responsible for reviewing mechanical plans and specifications, performing detailed takeoffs, and preparing accurate, competitive bids for commercial projects. The estimator will collaborate closely with sales, project managers, vendors, and contractors to analyze costs, develop value-engineered solutions, and support energy-efficient system choices.
Success in this position requires strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with estimating software and Excel, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers.
