Managing a portfolio of fast-track property damage liability claims, the full-time Commercial General Liability Claims Representative will analyze coverage issues, draft coverage letters, and communicate with various parties, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manages an active desk of business owner liability claims, focusing on fast-track property damage Analyzes coverage issues and evaluates new loss notices and claim tenders Documents claim files in accordance with established guidelines and collaborates on setting appropriate reserves Required qualifications BA/BS degree required; CPCU or other industry designation is a plus 3+ years of prior general liability claims adjusting experience preferred State adjuster license(s) preferred Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel Experience in bodily injury claims preferred
