The Commercial Finance Manager is a strategic business partnertoSales, serving as the financial voice behind Traeger’s channel and account growth strategies. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Strategy—driving profitable growth through rigorous financial analysis, investment evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will lead channel profitability optimization, informmarketplace investment decisions, and help shape long-term growth initiatives. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex financial insights into clear business recommendations.

- Lead strategic channel profitability optimization in collaboration with Sales and other key stakeholders.
- Serve asprimarybusiness partner with the SalesStrategyteam,facilitatinganalysis and fostering collaboration with the broader organization.
- Work directly with Salesleaders to develop channel and account growth strategies, aligning them with Traeger's overall businessobjectives.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current-state and future channel profitability to provide insights and recommendations for investment and growth decisions.
- Collaborate withSalesStrategy teamto evaluate and quantify thefinancial impactof new growth initiatives and marketplace investments.
- Partner cross-functionally to review, negotiate, and manage account contracts and trade terms to ensure alignment with Traeger’s strategicobjectives.
- Develop financialanalysesfor ad-hoc projects and new business initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
WhatYou’llNeedToSucceed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, ora relatedfield. MBAor advanceddegree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role, within Finance or Strategy, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, andleveragedata to drive financial decision-making.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;proficiencywith tools such asAdaptive PlanningandRedshift/SQLis a plus
- Attention to detail in the development of management quality reporting and analytics for Senior Leadership
- Strong ability tobalance multiple, competing priorities andmaintainstrong organizationalskills
