Manager, Commercial Finance

This is a high-visibility role that will own management reporting, planning, and financial analysis for a large segment working across sites and functions to bring cohesive reporting, actionable insight, and meaningful support to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Annual plan, quarterly forecast, and 5-year strategic plan
- Segment-wide reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Financial modeling for business cases, pricing, make vs. buy, and potential acquisitions
- Partnering with functional leaders to drive performance and profitability
- Coach and develop a team of analysts
Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive FP&A experience (manufacturing a plus)
- Strong analytical and communication skills with leadership presence
- Advanced Excel experience required
- SAP, Power BI, or OneStream preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
