The Role

You will handle all aspects of commercial finance transactions, with a focus on C&I lending, asset-based lending (ABL), and cash-flow loans. This role involves the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of credit facilities for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the documentation and closing of business and real estate loans.
• Advise on bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, as well as mezzanine debt.
• Prepare core loan documents, amendments, consents, and intercreditor agreements.
• Issue-spot and solve problems across the deal lifecycle to ensure smooth execution for lenders and borrowers.
• Maintain direct interaction with shareholders and stakeholders to help shape transaction strategy.

Candidate Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial finance experience.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex credit agreements and security documentation.
