Commercial Due Diligence Lead for M&A & PE

Stax is seeking a Commercial Due Diligence Senior Consultant in Boston to engage in buy-side and sell-side transaction consulting. You will support corporate clients and private equity investors by delivering insightful analyses of growth opportunities, revenue sustainability, and market risks throughout the transaction lifecycle.

This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders in a collaborative, hybrid environment, involving in-person attendance three days a week and contributing to high-impact engagements. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
