Commercial Doors Project Manager

End User Customer Service RepresentativeThis position is responsible for assisting outside sales and aiding customers by properly identifying needed items, using parts catalogs and computer system, billing merchandise orders, and making necessary entries to the inventory control system, while distributing special order parts, receiving warranty parts, and quoting customers on needed products.The End User Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible and accountable for assisting our customers and the outside sales team by providing the following:Delivering excellent customer service by having a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customersMaintain and create customer relationshipsAnswering customer calls and being able to take orders, answer questions, or direct them to additional assistanceLearning products and how to best direct customers to the products they needStay abreast of industry codes and standards by participating in education webinars, seminars, and reviewing technical publicationsUsing the operating system to create and release sales ordersStudying and staying current in door, frame, and finish hardware productsReceiving payment or obtaining credit applicationsProvide budget or proposal pricing by compiling field measurements and/or reviewing specifications and plans. If successful, convert to an orderProvide accurate information to support staff for order fulfillmentPerforming other related duties as necessary or assignedEssential FunctionsSales / Networking / PromotingLearn and use industry and product knowledgeData entryStrong communication and presentation skills.Organizational and time management skills.Experience & Other RequirementsAbility to accurately read a tape measureStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to read and understand blueprints, specifications, door and hardware schedulesAbility to multi-task as several projects will be running simultaneouslyA background in Commercial Door/Frame/Hardware CSI Division 8 and/or 10 is requiredExperience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Bluebeam, and Comsense is highly desirable
