Seeking a bold and hands-on Commercial Director - Aerospace, the full-time remote position will manage key OEM relationships for metallic hot forming, fabrication, and airframe products, driving revenue growth and margin performance while developing strategic account plans. Key responsibilities Own key OEM accounts and develop integrated commercial and military account strategies Partner with operations to achieve profitability and lead post-award commercial management Drive organic growth through new business acquisition and maintain strong customer relationships Required qualifications Extensive experience selling to large aerospace OEMs Proven ownership of complex OEM accounts with a record of profitable growth Executive-level credibility with customers and internal stakeholders Bachelor's degree required; technical background preferred Experience in multi-site, international operations
