OneQode is seeking a commercial lawyer to support the General Counsel on customer contracts, supplier agreements, partnerships and corporate matters. The role offers exposure to a broad mix of agreements across multiple jurisdictions, from large enterprise offtake to AI/cloud supplier contracts.
You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, manage NDAs and MSAs, and track regulatory obligations while contributing to corporate and governance matters with the GC.
