The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the revenue organization, managing complex enterprise-level commercial agreements, and supporting the company's growth within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Licensure: Active membership in good standing of the California Bar.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, partnerships).
• Preferred Background: Previous in-house experience at a high-growth technology company.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead end-to-end review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements.
• Provide risk-based guidance regarding commercial goals and risk thresholds.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and build consensus.
• Develop and manage commercial templates, playbooks, and internal processes.
• Research and analyze relevant laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Salary Range: $188,000 - $221,000 USD. The role includes competitive cash and equity compensation, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a flexible PTO policy.
