Brex is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support all aspects of Brex's commercial contracting efforts. You will draft and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, advise on deal structures, and help scale contracting processes with AI tools and CLM.
You will partner with sales, deal desk, privacy, security, and product teams to translate business requirements into clear legal terms while mitigating risk and enabling growth. A JD and active bar membership in the US are required.
