Responsibilities
- Assemble, wire, and test commercial electrical control panels from engineering drawings and schematics.
- Install and mount components including relays, circuit breakers, switches, PLCs, and BAS controllers.
- Perform point-to-point wiring, routing, labeling, and termination of electrical components.
- Troubleshoot wiring and electrical assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain high quality standards while following electrical and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve build issues and support continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly, control panel building, industrial electrical work, or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring methods and components.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- PLC or BAS wiring
- UL 508A control panels
- Industrial automation or electrical controls
- Electrical assembly in manufacturing or aerospace environments
- $19.00-$20.00 per hour
