SUMMARY: The Commercial Contracts Attorney will have extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex client-facing contracts and commercial agreements. This role will advise the firm’s partners on client contractual requirements and business-related requests. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of in-house contract experience, specifically negotiating contracts for that firm. The salary for this position can go up to $260K, commensurate with experience.

- JD required
- Admitted to practice in NY State
- Must have a min of 4 years’ of related experience
- Experience with drafting and negotiating complex contracts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and diplomatically
- Ability to remain calm and function under pressure in a constantly changing environment with highly confidential information
- Ability to collaborate with all levels and multiple departments
- Detail oriented with strong day-to-day organizational skills
- Ability to be proactive, prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
