**MUST HAVE: Hands-On Outside B2B Construction Sales**
Preferred Industries: Commercial construction, concrete, asphalt, heavy equipment, and construction services
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with direct commercial construction sales experience and a proven record of developing new business through field prospecting.
Requirements:
- Direct outside B2B sales experience in commercial construction.
- Experience selling to general contractors, project managers, and field superintendents.
- Proven success acquiring new commercial customers through cold calling and jobsite visits.
- Experience developing territories, building sales pipelines, and closing new business.
- Strong construction industry relationships and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new commercial accounts throughout the territory.
- Identify upcoming construction projects and sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors and jobsite decision-makers.
