Sales Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $75K–$85K Base + Quarterly Bonuses
MUST HAVE: Outside B2B Construction Sales & Team Leadership
Preferred Industries: Commercial construction, concrete, asphalt, heavy equipment, and construction services.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with proven success selling directly to commercial contractors AND managing outside sales representatives.
Requirements:
- Direct outside B2B sales experience in commercial construction.
- Experience selling to general contractors, project managers, and field superintendents.
- Proven success generating new commercial accounts through cold calling, prospecting, and jobsite visits.
- Direct experience hiring, coaching, and managing outside sales representatives.
- Experience establishing sales quotas and driving team revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop an outside B2B sales team.
- Drive new customer acquisition and territory expansion.
- Build contractor relationships and identify construction opportunities.
- Manage sales performance, pipelines, and revenue goals.
