We're partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the Milwaukee market. This role is ideal for a construction professional who has successfully managed projects from preconstruction through closeout and enjoys working on technically challenging developments. Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience Experience managing both ground-up construction and major renovation projects Proven ability to deliver projects from award through occupancy Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and contract administration experience Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams Local Milwaukee market experience preferred Project Types Downtown office buildings and corporate headquarters Healthcare facilities and medical office buildings Retail and entertainment projects Adaptive reuse and historic renovations Manage all phases of commercial construction projects Lead client, architect, and subcontractor coordination Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost control Develop and maintain project schedules Execute project buyout and procurement activities Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule This opportunity is ideal for a Project Manager looking to work on complex, high-profile commercial projects throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
