We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Commercial Cleaning Field Coordinator to support cleaning operations across multiple job sites. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and brings real experience using commercial cleaning equipment. You will work closely with the Field Supervisor to maintain service quality, support team members, and help ensure accounts run smoothly day-to-day. This position offers growth into leadership for the right candidate.What You'll DoPerform site walkthroughs and quality inspections across assigned accountsStep in to support or cover cleaning shifts as neededAssist with training team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety standardsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate supply deliveriesMaintain and inspect cleaning equipment in the fieldSupport team accountability (uniforms, attendance, performance)Respond to client concerns and help ensure customer satisfactionHandle operational tasks such as laundry and general support dutiesEquipment & Technical Experience (Required)This is not an entry-level cleaning position.
