What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial/industrial chillers (centrifugal and screw)
• Perform complete tear downs and rebuilds as needed
• Test, troubleshoot, and calibrate components to ensure optimal performance
• Document work clearly and communicate with customers and internal teams
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and industry best practices
• Maintain professional, customer-focused communication at all times

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing centrifugal or screw chillers
• Universal EPA certification (Required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
• Clean driving record + ability to pass background & drug screening
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Solid understanding of OSHA safety requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
