Commercial Auto Insurance Program Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the growth and management of our Commercial Auto insurance program.

Responsibilities:

• Support Commercial Auto program expansion into additional states, including product/rate filings, rate analysis, and regulatory research.
• Assist with program management, including underwriting guideline development, portfolio analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with MGAs, brokers, and other business partners on underwriting, program operations, and new business opportunities.
• Participate in process improvement, system development, and data/AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Support other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years of Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, diligence, and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively with management and collaborate as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred; English proficiency required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
