Commercial Appraiser I: Field Inspections & Valuation (Benefits Day 1)

The Cache County Assessor's Office seeks an internal candidate for the Commercial Appraiser I role. This full-time position performs field and desk duties to identify and value commercial properties, conducts on-site inspections, analyzes market data, and updates records in line with USPAP and Utah statutes.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, collecting market data, using CAMA software and GIS tools, defending values at tax appeals, and addressing public inquiries.
