Duties
- Manage commercial litigation cases from start to finish.

- Represent the firm in court and during negotiations.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- 3+ years of litigation experience in commercial or construction disputes.
- Strong legal writing and case management skills.
- Experience with depositions and discovery management.
- Proficiency in legal technology and eDiscovery platforms.

Juris Doctor (J.D.)
