This opportunity is ideal for a mid-level associate with 4–5 years of experience in commercial and business litigation who is looking to work with a collaborative team on sophisticated matters.ResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondenceRespond to and manage written discoveryAssist with and participate in depositionsSupport oral arguments and trial/arbitration preparationManage case files and litigation strategy alongside senior attorneysCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient case progression and client serviceQualifications4–5 years of commercial or business litigation experience at a law firmStrong experience drafting litigation documents and managing discoveryExposure to depositions, oral arguments, and trial or arbitration preparationExcellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skillsDemonstrated attention to detail and strong case management abilitiesHigh level of academic achievementActive admission to the State Bar of CaliforniaWhy This OpportunityThis role offers the chance to work with a supportive, entrepreneurial litigation team handling sophisticated commercial disputes in a collegial environment with meaningful responsibility.CompensationThe anticipated base salary range is $285,000 – $325,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
