Commercial Account Executive

The Opportunity:We are seeking an experienced Account Executive for a unique opportunity within a leading insurance Broker's Bristol office. This is not a pure new business role. The successful candidate will inherit a substantial book of mid-corporate business (circa 250,000 income) with the primary focus on servicing and retaining these clients.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop an existing portfolio of mid-corporate clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsSecure client renewals and ensure high retention ratesGenerate some new business, with a realistic first-year targetWhat We're Looking For:An experienced Account Executive who thrives on building and looking after a client bookSomeone who is not looking for a pure, cold new business development roleExperience managing clients in the mid-corporate space (c.10k - 75k premium)Ambitious, enthusiastic and capableWhat We Offer:A significant book of business from day oneA competitive and open salary (c.50,000 - 90,000, dependent on experience)Flexible working, with an expectation of 2 days per week in the Bristol officeSupport from a team of Account HandlersVisit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
