Detail-oriented and culturally attuned, the part-time Comment Moderator will review and investigate user-generated content to ensure compliance with Community Guidelines in a remote contract role. Key responsibilities Review and moderate visual and written content submitted by users Investigate potential violations of Community Guidelines and take appropriate actions Maintain strict confidentiality regarding user data and moderation decisions Required qualifications Prior hands-on experience moderating user-generated content (e.g., comments, forums, or social media trust & safety) Culturally aware of current trends, slang, and pop culture in the U.S Technically savvy and able to quickly learn new systems High-speed internet connection required Comfortable reviewing graphic, sensitive, or disturbing content regularly
