Details Title DDS/DMD Employment Type Full-time, Part-time Assignment Locum Tenens, Locum to Permanent Facility Community Health Center Specialty Dentistry Compensation N/A (all rates to be negotiated on a case by case basis)
Description:
- 4x10's or 5x8's is preferred, not required
- Support Staff 2 RDAs and 1 Hygienist
- All ages; open to 5 and above
- PPD currently 11-14
- T&L
- 3 months w/ Option to extend. Opportunity to go Perm if provider wanted to, also open to True Locums
Requirements:
- Bread and butter Dentistry plus Extractions
- No Call
