Sanford Health is seeking a Fellowship trained Colorectal Surgeon Hospitalist to join its Surgery Department in Fargo, North Dakota. The incoming surgeon will join a collaborative team of colorectal and general surgeons experiencing continued local and regional growth. This role offers full-time hospital coverage, teaching opportunities, and access to advanced robotic surgical systems in a Level 1 trauma center.
Practice Info
- Join a group of 3 colorectal surgeons and 16 other surgeons experienced in breast surgery, bariatric surgery, oncology surgery, general surgery, trauma and acute care surgery
- DaVinci XI and DV5 robot available
- Level 1 trauma center
- Teaching of surgical residents and medical students through the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time hospital coverage and urgent/emergent OR cases
- Teach surgical residents and medical students
Compensation
- Competitive compensation package
- Compensation floor of $532,080 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
