Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive surgical coverage to over one million people in a large, rural, multi-state area.
- Perform the full breadth of procedures of all levels of complexity.
- Actively involved in the education of medical students, residents from multiple CC-VTC and outside training programs, allied health science students, and Virginia Tech undergraduate and graduate students.
Compensation
- Min Starting Salary: $442,833
- Max Starting Salary: $670,278
- Base salary plus two-tiered bonus plan based on score card initiatives and production.
- Relocation Allowance
- You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.
