This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career colorectal surgeon (approximately 2+ years from training) who is looking to build a thriving academic and clinical practice while helping shape the future growth of a well-established division. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in minimally invasive surgery, robotic surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, and pelvic floor disorders.

Practice Details
- Full-time, 1.0 FTE position
- Join a team of 3 Colorectal Surgeons and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
- Equitable shared call schedule (currently anticipated 1:4)

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery.
- Interest and expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery preferred.
- Interest in pelvic floor disorders and inflammatory bowel disease welcomed.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, collaboration, and surgical education
Compensation: $375,000-$515,000
The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
