Colorado RN Case Manager

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Colorado RN Case Manager will assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care for patients, focusing on reviewing medical clearances and ensuring timely completion of requests before surgery in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Coordinate with specialists to refer patients for further labs, exams, and clearances as necessary Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate efficient workflows for inpatient and procedural care Ensure thorough documentation of patient medical histories and communications throughout the clearance process Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a medical clearance professional or case manager, preferably in a remote environment Active state RN license and nursing diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Office applications with strong technical skills Preferred completion of an accredited Certified Professional Utilization Review (CPUR) program or Certified Case Manager (CCM) Preferred bachelor's degree with a business concentration or an MBA
