Providing virtual speech therapy to K-12 students, the full-time Colorado Licensed Speech Pathologist will manage a caseload using web conferencing tools and the company's Education Management System while ensuring compliance with school and state policies. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality speech language services and implement individual and group therapy in a virtual setting Conduct screenings and evaluations of students' communication needs, maintaining thorough documentation of interventions and progress Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure IEP goals are met and manage special education casework for select students Required qualifications MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence Active/valid state and/or Department of Education Licensure in Speech Pathology required in state of residence At least 2 years of experience in a K-12 school setting Strong technology skills and ability to work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills
