To support the development of associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado will provide board-required clinical supervision while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community. Key responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure Guide associates through documentation and compliance with Medicaid guidelines Utilize professional judgment to shape supervision according to board requirements and personal practice goals Required qualifications Valid LPC license in good standing in Colorado for a minimum of 2 years with board approval for clinical supervision Master's degree in Counseling Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate) Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
