Providing essential telephone triage services, the full-time Colorado Licensed Nurse Triage will independently collect patient data, assess conditions, and offer care advice while working remotely in Colorado. Key responsibilities Collect and evaluate patient health data to identify needs and provide appropriate care advice across all age groups Review medications and health history, ensuring safety and appropriateness of care, while acting as a team leader as needed Document assessments and advice clearly, integrating quality improvement activities into practice and adjusting care based on unique patient situations Required qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing required 1-3 years of recent nursing experience required Current RN license from the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) required BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required Ability to provide age-appropriate triage and treatment dispositions for a diverse patient population
