To support underserved populations, the Colorado Licensed Nephrologist will provide remote outpatient consults as a PRN / 1099 Independent Contractor, utilizing telemedicine platforms to develop care recommendations and collaborate with clinical teams. Key responsibilities Provide remote outpatient consults through secure telemedicine platforms Review patient information and develop appropriate care recommendations Collaborate with on-site clinical teams to coordinate next steps in care Required qualifications MD or DO degree required A minimum of 1 year practice experience in Nephrology Active DEA certification and Board Certification/Board Eligible in Nephrology At least one unrestricted state license (any state in the U.S.), with a preference for Colorado Telemedicine experience preferred but not required
