To support a high-performance team remotely, the Colorado Licensed Mortgage Assistant will manage multiple loan files through origination, processing, underwriting, and closing while ensuring an exceptional client experience and maintaining compliance. Key responsibilities Keep multiple loan files moving through the origination process on time Evaluate loan scenarios and match borrowers with appropriate products Review and package complete loan applications while maintaining accurate files in Encompass Required qualifications Active NMLS license is mandatory Minimum of 3 years in mortgage lending (processing, origination, title, escrow, or underwriting) Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA, RD, and SAFE Act guidelines Proficiency with Encompass, Optimal Blue, DU, LP, and Microsoft Office High School Diploma or equivalent required
